| Activity Objectives: | The activity will provide a balance and interaction between a review of existing examples and a development of a strategy that would guide the Performance-Based Contracting (PBC) implementation. The methodology of the work will consist of two distinct and separate phases; (i) The first phase is a review and synthesis of existing examples and available PBC knowledge with recommendations for the second phase. (ii) The second phase is the development of a strategy, good practice guidelines and bidding documents. |
