| Activity Objectives: | The study will review the portfolio of Output-Based Aid (OBA) projects and provide a comprehensive analysis of lessons learned, challenges faced by existing partners, and the most effective ways to manage access to financing constraints for potential partners. Where possible, the study will analyze how households are financing their contribution to OBA schemes. |
