| Activity Objectives: | The primary objective of this OBA scheme is to connect an estimated 35,000 families to the natural gas distribution network along the Colombian Caribbean Coast. In order to qualify for GPOBA assistance each of these families must belong to one of Colombia’s two poorest socio-economic income strata as determined by the Colombian government’s Estratificación Socio-Económica classification. |
