| Activity Objectives: | The objective of the Project is to improve access to gas and heating services for Eligible Households in urban multi-apartment buildings. The Project consists of the following parts: Part A: Individual Gas Heater Solutions Improving access to gas and heating services for Eligible Households living in urban multi-residential apartment buildings by subsidizing connections to the local gas network and/or installing individual gas heaters. Part B: Local Boiler Solutions 1. Improving access to heating services for Eligible Households living in urban multi-residential apartment buildings by installing gas-based local boiler systems to serve entire apartment complexes. 2. Improving access to heating services for Eligible Households living in urban multi-residential apartment buildings (which have already selected and/or installed a gas-based local boiler system without connecting to individual Eligible Households apartment units), by connecting individual apartment units to the existing local boiler system. Part C: Implementation Support Provision of goods, works and services for the effective implementation, monitoring and supervision of the Project.
