| Activity Objectives: | The Government of Uganda is working with non-profit and private health care providers as part of its program to improve health service provision. GPOBA Technical Assistance funds helped to study outputs from a sample of facilities and sought to determine what impact a performance based bonus system might have on the supply, demand and quality of care provided at these facilities. |

| Development Impact: | The results of this study are being included in forthcoming research publications which will help to enhance the efficacy of subsequent projects. |
