GPOBA funding is open to applications from international financial institutions, bilateral donors, NGOs, public and private infrastructure operators, and national and local governments.

GPOBA's activities are grouped under three funding windows:  

• Technical Assistance: Supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of individual OBA projects or of OBA facilities; 
• Dissemination: Facilitating the identification and dissemination of lessons of emerging experience with OBA schemes; and
• OBA subsidy funding: Funding OBA subsidies that will complement user fees.

 
Currently, GPOBA is only accepting applications for Windows 1 (Technical Assistance) and 2 (Dissemination).  Use the links on the left to find out how to apply for funding.
